    WEIGHTS & BANDS

    Inside the StepBox, you’ll find a full set of NOHRD SwingBells in 2kg, 4kg, and 6kg, neatly stored within the box. Four resistance tubes, each with varying tension levels, are tucked under the padded lids, ready to attach for a wide range of resistance exercises. The jump rope and tube handles are conveniently stored in one of the side compartments, ensuring they’re easily accessible when needed. Additionally, a cork exercise mat (180cm x 60cm x 0.4cm) is stored in the second side compartment, providing a perfect surface for your workout.
